Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional samples received.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
